besides, all fan sites/celeb graphics sites say as long as you give credit, it's okay.
I read their rules too. not just deviantart's
How do you even know I didn't get permission? The owner could've been a friend.
I've seen this happen with MANY splat layouts they just get reported and nothing happens cause the admins say ITS NOT AGAINST THE RULES. you dont just check deviantart rules. also the site where you got them from.
If you're talking about the brushes I GIVE CREDIT TOO.
